SKYLIGHT

Not only does the VSE Electric Opening Skylight bring abundant natural light into your home but with the touch of a button, it opens to let fresh air in, making this the ultimate Velux Skylight. As stale, humid air is released, your home will feel comfortable any time, day or night.

The VSE can be opened and closed quickly and quietly from anywhere in the room using the slimline remote control.

A smooth turning handle is available for in-reach applications, for out-of-reach installations Velux control rods easily open and close the Skylights.

Both Electric Opening and Manual Skylights come with a select wood frame and sash, insect screen, and aluminium cladding. Insulated Comfort™ Double Glazing ensures energy efficieny and comfort in any climate or weather.

ROOF WINDOW

The GGL Roof Window lets you expand your indoor areas into beautiful living areas filled with daylight, outdoor views, and fresh air.

Designed to be installed in-reach and out-of-reach where you desire the utimate light and ventilation solution.

When the Roof Window is closed, a ventilation flap can be opened to allow in a breath of filtered fresf air in any weather conditions.

For easy glass cleaning from inside the room, the Roof Window is fully reversible. Aselect wood frame and sash, coated with a TOPfinsih™ lacquer, protective aluminium cladding and Comfort™ Double Glazing ensure durability and energy efficiency.

Blinds are also available.

The FS Fixed Skylight is perfect for visually
expanding areas such as hallways,
stairwells, and other closed-in, dark spaces
that can be transformed with light and sky
views. The FS provides an economical
alternative for creating a spacious home
that is filled with natural light. Designed
for out-of-reach use, the FS captures
abundant daylight for rooms in which
maximum lighting is the only requirement.

For durability, weathertightness and energy
efficiency, the FS is quality constructed
with a select wood frame, gaskets to drain
any condensation to the outside, and
Comfort™ Double Glazing insulated glass.
Protective exterior cladding, available in
aluminium, offers protection and a
streamlined, low-profile appearance.

EDH "LEAD FREE" FLASHING

For use with roofing materials such as tiles and various metal roofing types up to 90mm profile height.

Suitable for installation pitches from 15° to 90°.

NOTE: For metal trough roofing and roofing below 15 degrees please contact VELUX for details.

EDL SOAKER FLASHING

For use with thin, flat roofing materials up to 8mm in thickness such as shingles and slate. Each soaker is interwoven with a layer of roofing material for proper water drainage.

Suitable for installation pitches from 15° to 90°

EKH/EKW COMBI FLASHING

This modular system allows easy installation of an unlimited number of skylights closely together to dramatically transform interior spaces with light. Type EKH/EKW works with groupings on profiled roofing materials such as tile and various metal roofing types. Allow 100mm between VELUX frames.

Suitable for installation pitches from 15° to 90°.
